HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order on our “Track Order” and “Shipping & Tracking” pages available on the header and footer menus respectively or click here to track your order and enter the tracking number we provided.
After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. 2-6 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world. We work with different suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?
Frichshoppe is pleased to partner with different suppliers and manufacturers all over the world bringing extraordinary products. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, while others will be shipped directly from the US.
For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.
Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SELECTED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
